Winemaking notes: 100% Chardonnay, Demeter certified biodynamic from a one-hectare south-facing vineyards in two climats: Les Dessus-Vermots and Les Gollardes. The vines were planted in the 1980s and 90s. Aged for 16 months in 30% new French oak from the Allier and Cîteaux forests. Bottled on a flower day: April 29, 2020. 

Tasting note: this wine is medium gold in color with a clean nose of pronounced intensity with aromas of blossom, jasmine, chalk, sea spray, apricot, marmalade, sage, tarragon and apple mint. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of orange blossom, nectarine, tangerine, Madagascar vanilla, cream, oak spice, and pineapple mint. Drink now or through 2027, this wine is very good: 9.3/10.
