Winemaking notes: Monopole climat, 95% Chardonnay, 4% Pinot Gris, and 1% Pinot Blanc aged for 16 months in 30% new French oak.

Tasting note: the ‘Clos Blanc’ is deep gold in color with a clean nose of pronounced intensity with aromas of orange blossom, lemon skin, tarragon leaf, honey and a hint of clove. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, alcohol medium, medium body, pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of lemon balm, orange rind, candied orange, blood orange, rub red grapefruit, apple, honeycomb, eucalyptus, wintergreen, ginger and a hint of citronella. Drink now through 2033. This wine is very good: 9.5/10.
