Winemaking notes: 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay,
5% Arbanne, Petit Meslier and Fromenteau, made from 50% 2018 base wine with 50% being reserve wines dating back to 1998. Fermented and aged in stainless steel during the primary fermentation with some Chardonnay aged in reserve barrel program and then aged 18 months on the lees Sur latte.
Tasting note: the Aubry is medium lemon with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of blossom, lemon, pineapple, brioche, butter, honeycomb, and biscuit. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium body, medium alcohol, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of jasmine, lemon, white raspberry sherbert, blueberry, marzipan, and a hint of marjoram. Drink now, this wine is very good: 9.3/10.
