Winemaking notes: 100% Gamay Noir from 60+-year old vines, Ecocert farming, whole cluster fermentation, indigenous yeast, and aged in neutral French oak.

Tasting note: the Morgon is medium garnet in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of violet, grilled peaches, red cherry, boysenberry, smoke, leather and a touch of horse sweat. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium+ body, medium alcohol, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of hibiscus tea, toasted hazelnut, peach, strawbery , cassis, Mirabelle plum, bacon fat and oregano leaf.
