Winemaking notes: 100% Chardonnay, Ecocert, Primary fermentation and malolactic conversion occurred in tank with indigenous yeasts (no inoculation). 10‐12 months aging in stainless steel tanks, followed by a further 6 months aging in French oak barrels (10% new). Lightly filtered prior to bottling. “A clay-limestone soil for these two plots of one hectare each, for a fat, powerful, determined wine. A robust wine that nothing scares, starting with the passage of time and improving it; can wait for you about fifteen years.”

Tasting note: this Premier Cru Chablis is pale gold in color with a medium minus intensity on the nose with aromas of blossom, cream, chalk and lemon with a hint of honey and tarragon leaf. On the palate this wine is dry, medium+ acid, medium+ body, medium alcohol, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of jasmine, apricot, cream, nectarine and honeycomb. Drink now through 2029, this wine is very good: 9.4/10
