Winemaking notes: 80% Sémillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, vines are on average 35 years old, aged in 100% new French oak barrels for three years.

Tasting note: the Sauternes is deep gold in color with a clean nose of pronounced intensity with aromas of ginger, marmalade, candied preserved peaches, Egyptian musk, amber oil, fennel, and tarragon leaf. On the palate this wine is sweet with high acid, medium alcohol, a full body, pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of honeysuckle blossom, lilac, candied pineapple, ginger, cream, flan, honey, marmalade and saffron. Drink now through 2033, this wine is outstanding: 9.6/10.
