Winemaking notes: 60% Sauvignon Blanc & 40% Sémillon, hand-harvested, and fermented in barrel, and aged for 15 months on the lees, 25% new French oak.

Tasting note: the Pessac-Léognan is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of lemon, custard, French vanilla, yellow peach and a hint of charred wood. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium body, medium alcohol, pronounced flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of lilac blossom, apricot, lemon custard, lime zest and lemongrass. Drink now, this wine is very good: 9.4/10.
