Tasting note: the Graves is deep garnet in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of horse sweat, tobacco, stewed plum, and toasted walnut. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, high alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity, and a medium+ finish with flavors of dried rose blossoms, caramel, oak spice, roasted coffee beans, cassis and pepper.
