Winemaking notes: 75% Grolleau & 25% Gamay Noir grown on limestone and schist soils, macerated on the skins for a few hours. Fermentation is arrested though temperature control to leave 7g/L residual sugar. 

Tasting note: this wine is medium pink in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of carnation, grapefruit, cherry and sage leaf. On the palate this wine is off-dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, light body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of ruby red grapefruit. pomelo, kirsch, watermelon and lemon thyme. Drink now, this wine is simple but good: 8.6/10.
