Tasting note: the St-Aubin is pale garnet in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of violet, dark cherry, pomegranate, leather, orange zest and pepper. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium tannin, medium body, medium alcohol, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of rose petals, violet, strawberry, raspberry, nag champa, anise, leather and peppercorn.
