Tasting note: the Cairanne is deep garnet in color with a clean nose of pronounced intensity with aromas of lavender, strawberry, black plum, Turkish fig, clove, red licorice, amber oil, sage, tarragon, and peppercorn. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium-minus tannin, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors or lavender, raspberry, red plum, rosemary, licorice, fennel, and herb de Provence. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.7/10.
