Winemaking notes: 50% Pinot Blanc & 50% Chardonnay aged in 25% new French oak for 11 months with battonage every two months. Mostly know for red wines, Savigny-lès-Beaune is planted to just 15% white vines with Pinot Blanc being an anomaly to this vineyard.

Tasting note: the Pale gold with a clean nose of pronounced intensity with aromas of blossom, jasmine, chalk, saline, cream, biscuit, pineapple, white peach and fennel. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, pronounced flavor intensity and medium+ finish with flavors of orange blossom, chalk, saline, cream, lemon, kaffir lime, pineapple, marmalade, candied orange peel and tarragon leaf. Drink now through 2029, this wine is very good: 9.1/10.
