Winemaking notes: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon & 25% Merlot, aged in 33% new French oak barrels for 12 months. 

Tasting note: the Médoc wine is medium garnet in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of dried rose petals, dried cranberries, currant, caramel, green pepper and eucalyptus. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium-minus tannin, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of rose hip, red plum, tobacco, graphite, roasted coffee and nettle.
