Tasting note: the Minervois Blanc is pale lemon in color with a nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of hawthorn, honeydew melon, honey, peach, mirabelle plum, vanilla, custard and wood spice. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, high alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of jasmine, white tea, dandelion tea, cantaloupe, guava and elderflower. Drink now through 2025, this wine is very good: 9.1/10.
