Winemaking notes: 100% Jacquère, sustainably-farmed, and planted on the foothills of Mont Granier, the grapes are gently pressed and the juice is fermented in stainless steel while avoiding malolactic fermentation. 

Tasting note: the Apremont is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of acacia blossom, almond skin, fresh hay, white peach, quince and alpine herbs. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, a light body, medium flavor intensity and a medium-minus finish with flavors of blossom, dandelion tea, quince paste, Anjou pear, almond paste, slate and lemon thyme. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.6/10.
