Tasting note: the Blanc de Blancs is pale lemon in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of jasmine, lemon, grapefruit, green apple, Bosch pear, biscuit, croissant, brioche, and almond paste. One the palate this wine is off-dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+m flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of white blossom, Myer lemon, lime zest, chalk, brine, hazelnut cream, marzipan, biscuit, and pineapple jam.
