Winemaking notes: 100% Chardonnay from a 13.5-hectare estate vineyard, sustainably-farmed and fermented with natural yeast. The cuvée is aged 90% in stainless steel tank and the remaining 10% is barrel-fermented. The wine is aged on the fine lees for six months before assemblage.

Tasting note: the Saint-Véran is pale gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of lilac, pear drop, wax, yellow apple, and lemon cream. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of peach blossom, lemon, kaffir lime, pineapple jam, apricot, toast, cream, brioche, cheese and apple mint. Drink now or though 2024, this wine is good: 8.8/10.
