Tasting note: the Saint-Émilion was deep garnet in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of rose, violet, red plum, mulberry, damson, red licorice, cocoa powder, graphite cedar and mint. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium+ tannin, medium alcohol, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of rose hip, dark chocolate, red cherry, tobacco, cedar, eucalyptus and mint. Drink now this wine is good: 8.9/10. The flavors were bright and focused with some fair complexity and a nice medium weight of balance; refreshing!
