Winemaking notes: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon & 10% Sauvignon Gris grown on gravelly soils, with clay-limestone subsoils. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels. 

Tasting note: the Graves Blanc is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of acacia blossom, tangerine, lemon cream, graham cracker, and wheat grass. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of acacia, ruby red grapefruit, kumquat, Meyer lemon, cream, wood spice, Madagascar vanilla, and a hint of bergamot oil and tarragon leaf. Drink now, this wine is very good: 9.1/10.
