Tasting note: the Moulin-à-Vent is pale garnet in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of lilac, mirabel plum, grilled peaches, red cherry, red plum, and rose hip. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium tannin, medium alcohol, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of rose hip, jasmine, orange blossom, cranberry, pomegranate, red plum, blood orange, black tea, hazelnut cream, marzipan and thyme herbs. Drink now, this is very good: 9.2/10. Simply delicious and beautifully subtle!
