Winemaking notes: 90% Merlot & 10% Cabernet Franc from a 25-hectare vineyard on the limestone plateau, this second wine is produced from some younger vines on the estate. Aged for twelves months in 20% new oak.

Tasting note: the Dame is deep garnet in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of violet, damson, blackberry, black currant, graphite, cedar and eucalyptus. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium+ tannin, high alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of violet, rose petals, black cherry, red currant, tobacco leaf, green pepper, cedar, anise, black licorice, toasted coffee bean and eucalyptus. Drink from 2024, this wine is very good: 9.1/10.
