Tasting note: the Savigny is medium ruby in color with a clean nose of pronounced intensity with aromas of black cherry, pomegranate, cinnamon, hazelnut, cream, orange peel, and cola spices. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium tannin, high alcohol, full body, pronounced flavor intensity and a long finish with flavors of rose hip, black cherry, cinnamon, hazelnut cream, damson, pistachio, vanilla, and tarragon leaf. Drink from 2025, this wine is very good: 9.4/10, this is elegant and powerful in the same fold and is a great example of what can be done with the punchy 2019 vintage at just the village level; exciting wine!
