Tasting note: the Saint-Emilion is deep garnet in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of rose petals, carnation, red plum, red licorice, black cherry, green pepper and dried figs. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium tannin, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of violet, red cherry, blackberry, mulberry, fig, date, smoke, graphite, green pepper, and iron mineral.
