Winemaking notes: 100% Jacquère from six different parcels on east-facing mountain slopes in the village of Apremont. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel tank and aged on the fine lees for six months.
Tasting note: the Apremont is medium gold in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of marigold, bergamot, white tea, guava, pomelo, spearmint and thyme. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of orange blossom, tangerine, guava, kiwi, spearmint, and a touch of ginger and honey. Drink now through 2025, this wine is very good: 9.2/10.
