Tasting note: the Clouet Champagne is pale gold in color with a pronounced nose with very yeasty aromas of bread dough, toast and croissant with accompanying aromas of lavender potpourri, dried cherry, strawberry compote, black cherry, blackberry stew, and hints of cinnamon, ginger and all spice. On the palate this wine is off dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of rose hip, hibiscus, blood orange, licorice, Rainer cherry, red apple, cinnamon, hazelnut and walnut. Drink now, this Champagne is very good: 9.1/10
