Winemaking notes: 60% Gros Manseng & 40% Camaralet grown on agrilo-silex soils. The grapes were pressed whole cluster and aged on the fine lees for five months in tank.
Tasting note: the Cauhapé Jurançon Sec is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of jasmine, lemon, grapefruit, lemongrass, jalapeño and green apple. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of white blossom, sour melon, lime, grapefruit, pink apple and lemongrass. Drink now this wine is good: 8.8/10.
