Winemaking notes: 80% Pinot Noir & 20% Chardonnay from vineyards in the Cote de Blancs including Montagne de Reims, Ambonnay, Bouzy and Tours-our-Marne. Saingée method utilized for the Pinot Noir; cuvée aged for two years on the lees before disgorgment.
Tasting note: the Rosé is medium pink-orange in color with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of orange blossom, dried cranberry, almond paste, chalk and wet stones. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of cherry blossom, strawberry, dried apple, orange zest, blood orange, saltine, marzipan, chalk and flint. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.9/10.
