Tasting note: the Aix-en-Provence Rosé is medium pink-orange in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of peony, hibiscus, nectarine, orange peel, white peach, slate, wheat grass and marjoram leaf. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of violet, rose hip, strawberry, pomegranate, white peach, licorice, anise, yogurt, concrete, verbena and marjoram. Drink now through 2024, this wine is very good: 9.2/10. This is a nicely complex rosé with a good weight and finish!
