Winemaking notes: 60% Grenache Noir, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre & 5% Carignan from 30-60-year-old vines grown in deep sandy clay soils with galet stones. The varieties are co-fermented whole cluster with native yeast in tank with pump overs. 

Tasting note: the Côtes du Rhône is deep garnet in color with a clean nose of medium+ intensity with aromas of crushed and dried violet, fig, blackberry, cassis, date, tar, clove, smoked meat, duck fat, herbs de Provence and nettle. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium tannin, high alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium finish with flavors of dried violet, anise, licorice, clove, musk, leather, wild game, smoked meat, fennel, herbs de Provence and thyme. Drink now, this wine is good: 8.9/10.
