Winemaking notes: 100% Rolle (Vermentino). The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed, and fermented in stainless steel.

Tasting note: the Côtes de Provence Blanc is medium lemon in color with a clean nose of medium intensity with aromas of jasmine, lemon blossom, lemon, apricot, honeydew, fennel and tarragon leaf. On the palate this wine is dry with medium+ acid, medium alcohol, medium+ body, medium+ flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of lemon blossom, white peach, apricot, green tea, almond, white tea and tarragon leaf. Drink now, this Rolle from Provence is very good: 9.0/10.
