Winemaking notes: 100% Pinot Noir from terroirs of Caillottes, Terres Blanches and Silex. Some saignée skin contact was used.

Tasting note: the Sancerre Rosé is medium pink in color with a clean nose of carnation, rose water, apricot, watermelon, peach, wax, chalk dust, and petrichor. On the palate this wine is dry with high acid, medium alcohol, light body, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish flavors of orange peel, mirabel plum, pink grapefruit, Rainer cherry and tarragon leaf. Drink now, this wine is simple but good: 8.8/10. There’s plenty of freshness here that is very pleasant and spry.
