Tasting note: the JCB No. 5 is medium pink-orange with a clean nose of medium-minus intensity with aromas of peony, blood orange, nectarine, cherry, kirshwasser and thyme. On the palate this wine is dry with medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavor intensity and a medium+ finish with flavors of rose hip, peony, watermelon, peach, red licorice, maraschino liqueur, wax, slate, lavender and herbs de Provence. Drink now, this wine is very good: 9.0/10.
